Describe the interruption before choosing equipment
Tell us which permanent bathrooms are unavailable, who relies on them and when they are expected to reopen. Staff-only use, public visitors and a company event create different capacity and accessibility needs. Include shift overlaps and the busiest break period.
Compare a trailer with individual units
A trailer can provide indoor-style fixtures where towing access, power and water are available. Individual portable units may fit a smaller placement or a changing work zone. Plan designated accessible facilities and washing as part of the overall arrangement.
Work with the property’s daily traffic
Separate the restroom approach from loading and delivery activity. Show the rental team the usable gate, supplier check-in point and the time periods when a service vehicle can reach the equipment. Keep emergency and pedestrian access clear when reviewing placement with the property manager.
Confirm utilities and replenishment
For a trailer or temporary shower, identify existing connections and their distance from the proposed location. Holding tanks and temporary water equipment may be part of the plan. Match the arrangement to the selected model and agree who monitors supplies between visits.
Keep one contact responsible for changes
Give the office a facilities contact and a backup number. Call when staffing, hours or the reopening date changes. Arrange final collection through the rental office once permanent facilities are available again, and keep the supplier route open until pickup.
