What determines your rental price?
Start with the job the equipment has to do. A portable toilet for a Corona bathroom repair, a row of units for an event and a trailer for a workplace outage involve different equipment and service. Share the exact site, dates and busiest user count so the written quote covers the complete arrangement.
| Quote item | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Equipment | Model or configuration, number of units and included supplies |
| Rental period | Start and end dates; whether a recurring period is 28 days or a calendar month |
| Transport | Delivery and collection for the exact site address |
| Service | Cleaning visits, pumping, restocking and any additional visits |
| Site needs | Handwashing, accessible units, water, power or holding tanks |
| Total | Taxes, any applicable fees, deposit and payment timing |
Weekend and short-term pricing
A weekend quote needs three dates or windows: when equipment may arrive, when people will use it and when the property must be clear. Share a venue’s removal deadline at the start. Earlier delivery or later collection must be arranged with the office and reflected in the rental schedule.
Long-term rental billing
Read the renewal interval before comparing recurring prices. Thirteen 28-day periods are not the same as twelve calendar months. Ask which interval applies, what cleaning is included, how extra service is charged and how billing ends if the work finishes ahead of schedule.
Compare like-for-like equipment
Compare features line by line. A flush system does not necessarily include a sink; an internal sink is different from a separate two-user washing station. For a trailer, account for the required utilities and accessible provision alongside transport and the rental rate.
