A backyard party starts at the gate
Walk the route from the street to the proposed placement. Measure the narrowest clear opening and corners, and tell us about steps or slopes. A compact toilet can be a better starting point than a trailer when the approach is restricted. Include a washing point and an accessible guest route in the layout.
Temporary bathrooms during home repairs
Tell us whether a unit serves contractors, household members or both. A bathroom remodel and a sewer repair may leave different existing facilities available. Share the expected work period and ask how an extension changes the rental if the completion date moves.
Managed properties and shared access
Coordinate the placement with the property owner or association where approval is needed. Keep shared drives and pedestrian routes open. If delivery can happen while you are away, arrange a marked location and reachable contact in advance.
One plan through pickup
Guests and work materials should not block the agreed service approach. Call to request collection when the rental is finished and confirm the pickup arrangement. For a weekend gathering, discuss both the event day and how long equipment may remain on the property.
