Set the baseline before the first delivery
Share the busiest shift, operating hours and expected rental length. Choose toilets, washing and any temporary water or holding tanks together. The initial quote should explain transport, the rental period, included service and supplies so you can budget for ongoing use.
Know the recurring billing period
A 28-day rental cycle is different from a calendar month. Ask which period applies, when it renews and how extensions are handled. Confirm payment timing and the point at which billing ends after a pickup request. Keep written confirmation of changes with the site records.
Let usage determine the service discussion
Additional trades, longer shifts and public use can change demand. Report those changes to the office so we can review pumping, cleaning and replenishment. Do not wait for a scheduled visit if a facility becomes unusable; call with the site and unit details.
Preserve a reliable service route
Choose a placement that remains reachable when materials arrive. Provide updated gate instructions and a backup contact if site supervision changes. Ask before relocating a toilet, sink or holding tank, because moving it can change the service arrangement.
Close the rental deliberately
Call to request collection when the equipment is no longer needed. Confirm the pickup plan, required access and billing end point under the agreement. A project completion date does not, by itself, tell the collection team that the unit is ready to leave.
