A restroom plan that can change with the project
For a Corona remodel, ground-up build or contractor yard, the first question is who will use the equipment and for how long. Include overlapping trades and shift changes. Give us the entrance used by suppliers and the point of contact who can keep it open during service visits.
Place the units before stockpiles and fencing determine the remaining space. A convenient first-day location needs to stay reachable for pumping through the project. If the work moves to another phase, call before relocating the equipment.
California construction toilet quantities
California Title 8, section 1526, generally requires a toilet facility for every 20 employees or fraction of 20 of each sex. It also provides conditions for all-gender facilities and an exception allowing one all-gender facility for fewer than five employees. Include separate washing facilities
Section 1527 sets a baseline of one washing station per 20 employees or fraction, with water, soap and sanitary drying. For non-water-carriage toilets, washing is generally outside and unattached; the rule includes an exception for fewer than five employees using a single facility. High-rise and upper-floor sanitation
Ask about the Satellite Highrise option for work above ground level. Confirm the selected configuration, lift dimensions, doorway clearance and handling arrangement with the site supervisor. A lifting accessory must be appropriate for the model and operation; an ordinary portable toilet should not be treated as lifting-ready equipment.

Agree the service and billing plan
Discuss cleaning, pumping, supplies and extra visits before booking. A crew working longer days can need a different service interval from a small weekday project. Confirm whether billing uses a 28-day period or calendar month, then ask how extensions and final collection affect the total.
