Give handwashing its own place.
A standalone handwashing station creates a washing point without occupying the toilet enclosure. The Bravo model uses foot pumps and separate fresh- and gray-water tanks. Include soap, paper towels and tank replenishment in the order so the setup remains useful beyond the first fill.

Construction washing in California
California construction rule 1527 provides a baseline of one washing station for every 20 employees or fraction thereof, with soap, water and sanitary drying. That means one for 20 workers and two for 21 under the baseline. Read the placement provisions and exceptions, including the small-crew exception for a single toilet facility.

Food booths and guests have different needs.
For a Corona public event, coordinate with Riverside County Environmental Health before selecting food-handler equipment. A guest handwashing station does not automatically satisfy a food operator’s requirements. Some mobile food uses have their own restrictions on restroom arrangements; describe the actual food operation to the reviewing agency.

Refills are part of capacity planning.
Position washing near the restroom exit without blocking the door or accessible route. The number of users and the hours of operation affect water and supply needs. For a multi-day gathering or overlapping shifts, agree how replenishment is handled and who will report low supplies between visits.
