What a service plan should cover
Review what each booked visit includes: waste removal, interior cleaning, tank treatment and supplies. Identify the toilets, sinks, trailer or holding tanks on the order. Their water and waste needs differ, so the service plan should name the equipment it covers.
Choose the interval around actual use
Use the busiest day to discuss the service interval. An added shift or a larger guest list can change demand after the rental begins. For repeat event sessions, discuss cleaning between groups. Contact the office early when use increases, supplies run low or a unit needs attention.
Keep the service approach clear
Before a service visit, check that the agreed approach still works. Notify the office about relocated fencing, a closed gate, loading activity or changed access hours. Keep an on-site contact available so a manageable entrance issue does not prevent the visit.
Report a problem with useful details
For a service problem, call with the address, unit location and what has happened. Explain whether users can still access it and whether there is damage or a leak. Keep people away from damaged equipment and follow the rental team’s next steps while the service response is arranged.
When the project ends
When the project ends, tell the office the equipment is ready to leave and arrange collection. A finished event does not automatically communicate a pickup request. Confirm the access plan and billing end point, and leave the unit reachable until removal.
