A trailer choice begins with the busiest moment.
A trailer’s station count is only the start. A reception can have a concentrated break after dinner; a workplace may have overlapping shifts. Explain when people will use the facilities and which permanent bathrooms remain available so the trailer and service arrangement fit the demand.
For a Corona reception, have the venue contact review the delivery approach before choosing the guest-facing position. Account for turning, the hitch, entry steps and the walking route. An empty parking bay is not always enough space to tow and place the trailer.

Work out power and water before reserving.
Locate the electrical supply and water connection on the venue plan, and measure their distances from the intended trailer position. Confirm the requirements of the selected model before arranging connections. If permanent utilities are unavailable, discuss whether onboard tanks or temporary supply equipment suit the installation.
Include access, lighting and collection.
Ordinary entry steps do not create wheelchair access. Arrange an accessible configuration or a ground-level ADA unit with an appropriate route. For evening use, include lighting and safe cable routing. Keep the towing approach available when the reception ends, even if other suppliers collect first.
